Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to examine and explain the principles of jurisprudence in the school of Imam Khamenei. This research was done in a descriptive-analytical way using library sources and its data was collected by referring to the opinions of jurists and documents, statements and speeches of the Supreme Leader. The findings show that the school of Moazzam Leh can be understood through the principles contained in jurisprudence; Such as: the principle of justice, the principle of negation of the mustache, the principle of guiding the ignorant, the principle of helping the sheep, the principle of repelling evil, the principle of blocking the sources, etc.These principles contain general instructions that have been manifested in the individual and social spheres in cultural, educational, political, economic and military dimensions, which the jurists have compiled based on the evidence of the book, tradition and reason, and their basis is based on justice. And the divine goals have been institutionalized, and it is not permissible to deviate from them, and according to God's advice in the Qur'an, "fastakham kama umrat" persevering in them is necessary. has been counted.Therefore, in the school of Moazzam Leh, the foundations, goals and principles based on them are immutable; But methods can be changed due to fallibility. It is on this basis that his positions are constant in all fields and during his leadership period, neither in behavior nor in speech, there has been no change in his positions.
