Abstract
In this article, we will discuss the interaction and mutual reaction between Timur Lang and Sadat Marashi, who ruled Amol and Mazandaran at this time. Since a special relationship was established between Timur Gurkani and Sadat from the very beginning of his rise to power and even before that, this relationship became the focus of our attention. The main question here is whether Timur paid special attention to Sadat due to his religious devotion, or whether gaining political power by having the support and backing of Sadat, who enjoyed spiritual influence among the people, led to this special relationship between Sadat and Timur? Our initial assumption is that both factors, namely religion and politics, played a decisive role in establishing this relationship
