Abstract
یاوری:
Family has been given several definitions in legal science. In the internal laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, until recent years, no definition of family was given and its legal scope was not known. And for the first time, the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution defined it in the letter "Goals and Principles of Family Formation and Policies for its Consolidation and Excellence" which was approved in the 564th meeting dated 4/7/1384. In a part of the introduction of this approval, it is stated that the family is a group of people who are related to each other as husband and wife, children, mother, father, brother and sister through descent or cause and adoption, and who have created a common culture and are a unit. They live in the name of family
In this way, the purpose of family consolidation in this research is to take measures to strengthen the ties between relatives, relative, causal and foster, although the purpose of family consolidation is not merely to preserve the formal relationship between members and consider it unbreakable. This research is an attempt to identify and provide family consolidation strategies
Of course, family consolidation strategies are a very broad topic and this research only has a legal approach. It is obvious that only part of the family problems have a legal aspect, and law also has a limited capacity in solving family problems, however, these capacities of law in solving family problems should not be underestimated. This research tries to identify the main legal problems of the family and provide suitable solutions for them. Some of these solutions refer to the form and method of legislation in the country; Some others have an opinion on the content of the laws
